What these features actually do, in depth: explore the platform.

The fee you won't find here: setup

Setup is £0 and nothing is charged per asset. BlueWave is £79 for a Professional office seat and £39 for the engineer beside them, and that is the whole bill. Your asset register is your compliance record, so we're not going to meter it — register every tank on day one and the price does not move.

What's the admin actually costing you?

Your team, your numbers — including what BlueWave would cost you, because a savings calculator that hides the price isn't one.

Admin time saved (at up to 50%)
15 hrs/week
Worth per year
£14,040
BlueWave for this team (Starter, our recommendation)
£2,916 / year
Net
£11,124 / year saved — it pays for itself

An estimate, not a promise. "Up to 50%" is the design target for admin reduction — your result depends on how much re-keying, chasing and filing your current stack makes you do.

Pricing questions, straight answers

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Subscriptions are per-seat and monthly. You can stop at any time and leave with your data — that commitment is in our terms, not just this FAQ.

Is there a trial?

No card up front and no trial theatre. Signing up starts your monthly subscription; your first invoice arrives by email with 10 days to pay, by Direct Debit, bank transfer or card. Not for you? Stop at any time and leave with your data.

Can we migrate from GoFormz, spreadsheets and shared drives?

Yes. Your forms get rebuilt in BlueWave's form builder and historical records can be imported. There's no integration with the old stack, on purpose: the point is leaving it.

Why are engineer seats cheaper than office seats?

Because they use less of the platform. Engineers capture work in the field; office seats carry scheduling, billing, compliance and reporting. Charging both the same would be tidy for us and unfair to you.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You export it in usable formats, then we delete or return what remains — the process is set out in our terms and data processing agreement. Five years of compliance records are yours, not hostage.

What does "coming" mean in the comparison table?

Features on the near-term roadmap, included in those tiers when they land. We'd rather show you the plan honestly than pretend it's shipped.
